FAQs

  • The ID card is a PVC credit card shape card. All students 7th grade and older will have the Suicide Prevention hotline info on the back of the card.

  • Each card will be mailed separately in a first class envelope to your mailing address.

  • Start by choosing your school. Then choose the appropriate card for your student (TK-6th or 7th-12th). Add the first and last name for the card. Then select grade level for a student or title for the parent card. Add a great headshot photo.

  • The best photo is a photo of ONLY the person on the card. Choose one with a neutral background of any color. Good lighting and clarity helps. Don't cut off the top of the head or the chin. After you add the photo you can zoom in and crop it to be just right.

  • If you are an employee of one of the schools listed, your administration has a strategy to get you a staff ID card. Contact me with any questions.

  • Check with the store/business you want a discount for. Most will accept an "Educator Discount" with a school ID card. The "Learning Coach" title has been effective in getting this discount for parents in the past.

  • ID card production and delivery is a very time consuming process. To decrease my 60 hour fall work weeks, I have partnered with a new company that specializes in creating and shipping ID cards. I'm excited to offer this expedited service to your school families.

  • Please place a new order for an ID card to replace the one you need. I am not able to replace ID cards for free.

  • All ID card orders are the responsibility of the person placing the order. Please double check the spelling of the name, the grade, and the photo for the card you are ordering. There is no reimbursement for errors on cards.

  • When the card order is placed and paid for, the printing company will print and ship the next day. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

  • I have multiple school photo days set up in outdoor locations throughout SoCal. Check here for a location near you and book an appointment.
